It has a tablet with a minimap, 3 different Ammunition types and requires you to refill and shoot while aiming for the enemy. You can shoot up to two projectiles... and both are physically simulated and have sound travel with them.
- - Menu toggles / Features explained - -
• Minimap - Uses the view of a satellite • Interactable Tablet- Use your Index finger to tilt/rotate the Mortar. • Interactable Ammunition - Pick up the Ammunition and launch them with the Mortar. • 3 Ammunition Types • Smoke Ammunition • HE (High Explosive) Ammunition • HE-C (High Explosive Cluster Bomb) Ammunition • Advanced Optimization in place - Minimap is not rendering for other players by default. Even if you enable it, they will have to get close to you for the Minimap to refresh. Why? It's performance heavy so I'm trying my best to reduce the impact as much as possible. *Disclaimer: • This Asset will work on one public avatar present in the lobby. If you have multiple duplicates of the same public avatar in the lobby, your camera will break. That’s a VRChat limitation. • This Asset will work on any private avatar. Having multiple private avatars in one lobby with this asset is fine! • Only friends are able to see the Minimap. Airsupport will still work. If someone just friended you, they have to rejoin the lobby. That’s a VRChat limitation. • Accuracy of +-40m over the network is expected. Low fps (<30) may also result in a different trajectory. • Can't promise that culling won't affect the sync (aka. mesh/avatar disappear because behind a wall, too far away etc.). I tried my best and it seemed to work in most cases. Use World Sync (WD Off only!) for the best result. • Some maps have ceiling/sky colliders for some reason- it can also detonate there. • It might sometimes just explode (locally) in the process of launching- afaik that happens only locally and not sure where to problem comes from. • Minimap can't be brighter for other players. • I can't guarantee that VRChat updates will not break these systems one day. If they do, I'll try my best to come up with a solution.
